Sword of the Guardian is inspired by the side-scrolling arcade games of the 1990s, more specifically the Golden Axe franchise. A fun and entertaining retro game for the nostalgic ones that offers the fun of the past with graphics of today. We are in a medieval fantasy world, and our first choice will be to select one of the three heroes available: The Swordsman, the Monk and the Dwarf.

With our character we will embark on an epic journey in which we will encounter an enormous number of enemies. All the action is accompanied by spectacular 3D backgrounds, a soundtrack at the same level and some really spectacular graphic and sound effects.  Three characters with distinct characteristics and totally different fighting styles, with combinations of command-based attacks and various actions such as throwing weapons and using magic to achieve unique combinations.

We will also have available a huge amount of weapons and magic to enhance our characters, including daggers and physical bombs, magical power over ice and fire, and healing and protective spells.
