Men of War: Assault Squad is a Real-Time Strategy which takes place during World War Two. Wage intense battles in Europe and North Africa as each side of the conflict and complete 19 single player missions. The game features authentic gear, weaponry and vehicles of the era Lead your troops to victory and experience the brutality of World War 2 battles.
Vivid and tactically demanding, Assault Squad is a brilliant multiplayer game that's even better with friends. [June 2011, p.78]
This is one of the most immersive and fun strategy experiences around, so dig in.
For a strategy game, Men of War: Assault Squad features great environments and nice graphics. Enjoy the game - Men of War: Assault Squad deserves it.
It's old style strategy, unforgiving, hard to learn and harder to master. If this is your kind of stuff, you'll love it.
A modern vision of chess game, Assault Squad offers a micro strategic vision of war, giving the possibility to control a little party of soldiers up to the victory.
Interesting, although limited development of good RTS towards multiplayer. This game is not a groundbreaker but if you like playing cooperative military action games it has a great potential to entertain you. [Issue#203]
For as much as I was excited to play Men of War: Assault Squad, I was bitten in the ass by entering with no foreknowledge of the game.
