LEGO Marvel’s Avengers: Avengers Assemble! Experience the first console videogame featuring characters and storylines from the blockbuster film The Avengers and the much anticipated sequel Avengers: Age of Ultron and more. Play as the most powerful super heroes in their quest to save humanity.
The best game in the franchise and amounts to everything the development team has aspired to so far. It's something that needs to be experienced to be truly enjoyed, just like a masterpiece.
After the glorious Lego Dimensions every âclassicâ Lego game is a step back. But within these boundaries Lego Marvelâs Avengers is still worth your time.
Combat in this instalment is far more fluid and exciting, characters are unique in design and there are plenty of abilities spread throughout.
Where last year's LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham proved that there's still life in the LEGO series, LEGO Marvel's Avengers is proof positive that cracks are beginning to show in TT Games' once bulletproof franchise. A severe lack of variety lets the side down, indicating that it's high time the LEGO series receive a much-needed shot in the arm.
LEGO Marvel's Avengers is clearly the best MCU movie adaptation to date. That being said it unfortunately isn't the best LEGO title. The game is fun to play and respectful to the source material but sadly doesn't feel as epic as it could have been.
LEGO Marvels Avengers is the worst LEGO-game in years. The game is colourful and fun, but the story is crap such as the puzzles and the glitches.
Playing through LEGO Marvel's Avengers may trigger the sense of déjà vu if you've experienced any past games in the series. There isn't anything new to see here, and the franchise really needs a serious revamp if it's going to continue.
