The frantic old-school action of classic coin-op shoot-‘em-ups comes crashing headlong into the 21st century with Kromaia, exclusively for PC. Explosive high-octane blasting combines with hordes of enemies in a 360˚ environment, allowing you to fly, spin and shoot anywhere and everywhere! Where most shooters see you racing along a fixed path to blast anything in your way, Kromaia PC does things differently. Set in three-dimensional space, you’re free not just to explore but also dodge and blast through hordes of enemies all intent on destroying you! With your objectives spread out in all directions, it’s a true test of high-speed flying and sharpshooting skill – only the greatest space pilots need apply!.
It’s a spellbinding, colorful and beautiful world that is hard to shake, even if it occasionally shoots in the wrong direction.
Kromaia is by no means a perfect game, but the action at its heart has an excellent flow.
There are some aspects with some room for improvement (like the lack of content), but still fans of the genre will definitely enjoy this experience. We think it’s a little bit pricey for what it offers, though.
Kromaia is an obscure piece on how it goes (not) and looks (not) in the universe. Action arcade brings a lot of adrenaline fun, but also oddities that some just may not take.
Pretty retro design isn’t everything. While the art design is creative, the action remains simple. Games like Resogun or Child of Eden deliver way more tension.
