Only "mayhem" can describe what is going on in your screens at this intense side-scrolling bullet-storm. Countless combinations of weapons during loadouts, progressively tougher levels which are revisited up to difficulty 10 (this doesn't go to eleven), lots of mindless fun. An intense yet calming experience once you master it!
