"Your Invited to a Tea Party⊠Explore the brightly colored and vividly imagined world of Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland in this intriguing game based on the feature film. Guide Alice through a myriad of adventures in the strange and compelling realm of Wonderland as she makes her way toward the ultimate battle against the Jabberwocky. Play as any of a variety of classic characters, including the Mad Hatter, the White Rabbit and the Cheshire Cat, and master an assortment of intriguing new abilities, like altering perception, making objects invisible and even manipulating time.
Conquer challenging puzzles, roam through whimsical settings and confront perplexing optical illusions as you while away a day traveling beyond the movie and into a world of pure, captivating fantasy. ".
Only the weak controls are able to frustrate you from time to time, but the presentation of the wonderland itself is really wired and delivers a great atmosphere. Alice in Wonderland is not only enjoyable for kids.
Itâs more than just a simple game with a move license. The crazy game world is filled with good gameplay ideas, so itâs easy to ignore the flaws.
The basic gameplay isnât very interesting and the battles are incredibly repetitive. On the other hand the gameworld looks the part and the story unfolds in a satisfying way. Fans of the movie could give this game the benefit of the doubt, but just barely.
Good looking action adventure at first sight. But disappointment comes soon which places Alice in the same row with other âmovie-gamesâ. Stay out of rabbit hole if you are six or older. [Issue#191]
