Apocryph: an old-school shooter is a shooter set in a dark, ruthless, bloody fantasy world everywhere. It's inspired by the same old-school games of the same genre, so get ready for frenetic action in all kinds of environments filled with all kinds of enemies. The world of Apocryph is a dark and violent place, home to magic, rituals and dangers around every corner.

We'll have to deal with all kinds of relentless monsters, traps and dark secrets. To deal with the legions of monsters, our character will have up to 9 different weapons with alternative fire modes, including hand-to-hand weapons, spells, staves and artifacts.  We can also find all kinds of rare and powerful relics that will be very useful to us when it comes to wiping out a few enemies or to obtain certain increases in our combat skills, such as the dreaded Mask of the Obliterator, which wraps you in almost impenetrable armor, allows you to hit your enemies with your fists.

An intense, gore and action-packed game that fans of the forerunners like Wolfenstein, Doom, or Duken Nuklem will appreciate, as it embodies the characteristics that made these titles great.
